At Ladomma, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:
You may only request a return after the item has been physically delivered to you.
Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including international postage and any customs fees.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it for use is not.
Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is not permitted.
How to Start a Return
Submit your return request via support@ladomma.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
After approval, we will provide you with the correct return address of our supplier (located in China).
Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or handling fees.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Liability & Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
